Dragon Chicken | Ventuno Home Cooking (00:03:05)

Dragon Chicken - Recipe
ingredients: For Marinate
Boneless Chicken strips - 500 gms
Soy sauce - 1 1/2 tsp
Red chili paste - 1 to 2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Egg White - 2 nos
Corn Flour - 5 tsp

For Sauce
Oil
Chili Flakes - 2 tsp
Ginger - 1 piece (finely chopped)
Garlic - Few cloves (finely chopped)
Capsicum - 1/2 no. (thinly sliced)
Tomato - 1 no. (de-seeded & thinly sliced)
Spring onion whites - 1 bunch
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Red chili paste - 2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 1 1/2 Tbsp
Fried Chicken strips
Salt
Sugar - 1 tsp
Few Cashew nuts
Garnish it with Spring onion stalk

Method:
1. To the boneless chicken strips add soya sauce, red chili paste, salt, pepper, egg white & corn flour.
2. Mix well & let it marinate for 1 hour
3. Shallow fry the marinated chicken in oil till its golden brown in color. Keep aside
4. Saute the chili flakes, ginger, garlic, capsicum, tomato & spring onion whites with oil for 5 minutes
5. Reduce flame. Add soya sauce, chili paste & tomato ketchup. Mix well
6. Add the shallow fried chicken strips and mix well.
7. Finally check for seasoning and add little sugar to balance the flavour
8. Garnish with cashew nuts and spring onion stalk
